POPASMOKE @ MCAS Miramar Air Show Oct 17-19, 2003
Over one million people attended the three day Miramar Air Show. The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum's UH-34D (painted in HMM-163 colors) was a big attraction. Given the way our backs feel, we think that about half the attendees were kids...and we lifted them all into and out of the pilot's seats. That's our PFT for the year...see 'ya in '04.     OOORAH!

On Friday night we all attended Happy Hour at the Miramar "O" Club. Everyone was there...The Blue Angels, all of the Air Show participants...and oh yeah..."Lucky The Dog" also made a showing. There were young hardbodies everywhere.
Even "Lucky" got lucky...just getting warmed up for Reno in '04.
