The person to the right is 1st Sgt E.C. Buff. Third from the right in front is Col. George Kew.

Carl Boley correctly identifies Col. Kew the Commanding Officer of HMM-363 and 1st Sgt Buff. The man between them is(was then ) the USMC SgtMajor. I don't remember his name. I took this picture and others that have been posted to popasmoke, when the Commandant, General Wallace Green visited the squadron at Qui Nhon in 1965. I think our XO was standing to the side and the rest were part of his entourage.
