On 22 AUG 1967 at 1045H , YZ-82 ( 150580 ) , a UH-34D from the Lucky Red Lions of HMM-363 encountered intense enemy fire at BT 025513 during a MEDEVAC mission.

The Corpsman was seriously wounded in the chest.
