Could use some help/advice on this.

My son (same name) was sent back to IRAQ (from CA) on short to little notice. Aside from all the other things caving in around him stateside, his car was in maintenance after being purchased and needed to be repaired, registered, insured and transported to a safe haven. Have been able to do everything but getting the car to safe haven. In this case, OKLAHOMA. Any ideas?

I know when I was sent to OKI from New River and knew I'd be stationed in HI on the come back, I was able to find a Marine that needed to drive from NC to CA. Does this still happen?

Any and all suggestions will be entertained. Woprst case is I will have to leave animals in the open to fend for themselves as I bus to CA and retrieve this car. Probably a four day venture to say the least.

Tom... Mike Sullivan here.. We live in Fallbrook just about 5 minutes from the back gate at Camp Pendleton and 45 minutes up the road from Miramar. If you give me some info on the location of your sons' car, maybe I can be of some help, picking it up and/or storing it here at my place until you can find someone to drive it back your way.
