Dingess/Hartman v. Nicholson (2006)

I received a letter from the Dept. of Veterans Affairs 2 days ago stating a recent decision had been made in this case, though it did not give what the decision was, can anyone give me any info what this pertains to?
I'm in an appeals process with the VA for hearing loss that has strung out for the last 16 years and am also going to appeal the effective date of my Tinnitis claim. Hopefully, the finding in this suit will give me some added ammo.

If you go to http://www.va.gov and then to "Board of Veterans' Appeals" and then scroll down to "Search Decisions" you can search for various decisions made by the VA. I would start by searching specifically on your problem first with a key word, i.e. "Tinnitis." There are probably several cases on that subject since it is such a common problem with us aviation guys. I hope this helps.
