Col. Wins Steak Cook-Off!

Thought this might be a worthy item for the PopASmoke web site

There was an article in the San Diego Union-Tribune this week about a Col. from Camp Pendleton who recently won a steak cook-off in New York.
The winning and runner-up recipes are in a cookbook along with recipes from famous former Marines. The winning recipe (and cookbook) is available online:

Well, I followed your link and ordered the cookbook. Got it today and I've looked through it and am happy to report it is full of good old steak cooking recipies. Nothing too fancy, just a bunch of meat and a few spices and, and, and, hold on, got to go flip my steak----------------where was I? Oh yeah, good book, get one. I have to go eat now.
