While doing my research locating all 'Lucky Red Lions' from HMM-363 the Vietnam Years, I found out in speaking to his widow, that Colonel James D McGough, passed away July 29, 1982 from Cancer.

I make this post here so that squadron mates that have asked me about some of the former COs and where they are that they will now know.
