William D. Walker (Rotor Bill) - a friend from a Marine forum, fellow Popasmoke member, Bill was a SSgt with HMM-362 (unknown dates).
If anyone can provide more information on Bill's tour in Vietnam, and his service in the Corps, it will be greatly appreciated.

William D. "Bill" Walker, 68, of Fernandina Beach died Saturday, March 8, 2008 at the Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, Florida.
Born in Jacksonville, he was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. A resident of Fernandina Beach for many years, Mr. Walker was the former owner of the Surf Motel and Restaurant on South Fletcher Avenue and was employed as a wine specialist at Harris Teeter Market. He was a U.S. Marines Corps veteran of the Vietnam War.
He leaves behind, several aunts, uncles and a host of friends.
Graveside funeral will be 2 p.m., on Friday in Bosque Bello Cemetery with the Rev. Frank Camarotti officiating. Burial will be beside his wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, 825 College Blvd., Suite 102, PMB 609, Oceanside, CA 92507.
Oxley-Heard Funeral Directors handled arrangements.
