Pictures and where to post them!

It has been brought up that posting pictures on/in the NOTAM has started to get out of hand. Please refrain from posting the pictures in the NOTAM and take the time (only a few clicks and seconds) to please post them in Visions. You select up to three categories to place the picture, you can identify who is in it and people looking for images in Visions will not have to go to the NOTAM when there are no pictures in Visions.

Another reason to post photos in Visions is:

Visions Archive = Forever
NOTAM posts = Temporary

Posting an occassional photo in a NOTAM post is quite alright but if you want it to be archived for the long haul, post it in Visions too!

We do encourage comments for the Vision pictures, especially those that do not have any information about them. If you know something about the picture, of who, what, when and where, please fill out the comment form to add any historical/factual information to the image but comments that are not related in that manner should be placed in the NOTAM and reference the picture. Specifically a "question" is not a comment and should be placed in the NOTAM probably in "Ask our Members". We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

I'm having trouble posting comments regarding the pictures. I'm able to make the comment but when I enter the code at bottom, it states that wrong code has been entered. Any suggestions that you can offer is very much appreciated.

Need some help: I cannot find the file/tab Visions Archives; can someone provide routing?

I searched Visions Archives and it took me to NOTAMs; this may be why people end up in the wrong place.
