    ??????

Have any of you experienced small tumors on your breasts? I've had one removed at the V.A. & it was benighn thank God. Have had two more lately. Could these be agent orange related? Have never asked or talked to anyone at the V.A. about it. I was gunner on phrogs & flew into many L.Z.s that had been sprayed, never thougt about rotor wash & rain & all the crap that blew on us. Any input would be appreciated. Never asked for any disability & don't really know what to do. Thanks S/F ED

    FYI

If you served in Vietnam between 9 Jan 1962 and 3 May 1975, you are presumed to have been exposed to a herbicide. There are 11 conditions recognized by the VA (Veteran Affairs) as serviced connected with Agent Orange and the other herbicides used in the Vietnam theatre of operations. They are:

    Chloracne
    Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
    Soft Tissue Sarcoma
    Hodgkin's Disease
    Porphyria Cutanea Tarda

    Ed,

The following link from VA's web page should lead you to learn more than you want to know about Agent Orange, it's assosciated diseases, and what VA can and will do for you.

http://www.index.va.gov/search/va/va_search.jsp Enter Agent Orange in th searck block and it should bring it up for you.

    VA's homepage is http://www.va.gov/

Agent Orange was a 50-50 mix of two chemicals, known conventionally as 2,4,D and 2,4,5,T. The combined product was mixed with kerosene or diesel fuel and dispersed by aircraft, vehicle, and hand spraying. An estimated 19 million gallons of Agent Orange were used in South Vietnam during the war.
