A great thank you to all who helped me Saturday when I collapsed in front of the Convention Center. The heat got me and I went down. As it turned out everyone there did what we always do when a Marine drops and it was greatly appreciated. The hospital released me too late to make the banquet and after I had released Bill Cummings and his wife from transportation duties. The hospital call was heat exhaustion and I was awarded the dumb s--t medal for not drinking enough water. My knees are all banged up but I wasn't charged for any damage to the concrete. Thanks again!

How did I know is was another 7041? I made an announcement at the dinner about you taking a header. I also mentioned that if anyone was drinking (and I could not imagine a group of Marines drinking) to hoist one in your honor. I believe it was done a few times. Glad to hear you are ok.
