Looking for information regarding a HTL-4, 128625, VMO-6

I found two records in KORWALD. Does anyone know the real result of the 1st incident? It looks like the helicopter was repaired and flied again, instead of the total loss the record claimed.

HTL-4 128625 was recieved by MWSS-1, location given as "Japan" on the 3rd of September 1951 after being with VMO-6. I presume this was some kind of repair organisation? It was re-issued to VMO-6 on the 25th of September 1951, so I guess the damage couldn't have been too severe. It was written off on the 14th March 1952 with VMO-6.
