Patrick Hayes, 65 years old resident of Haverhill. Son of late Robert and Mary Hayes-Hughes, died late afternoon on January 28, 2012 at the Edith Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, MA after a long illness. Vietnam war Veteran a proud Marine and survived by many loved ones. Surivived by Sister, Kathy Bonzo and family, Brother, Brian Hughes and family, Brother, Tim Hughes and family, many cousins, nieces and nephews and loving friends the Usselmans whom he lived with for the past 15 years. Patrick was an advocate for PTSD Veterans, an AMVETS member, Marine Corps forum popasmoke.com member, and the Leathernecks forum where he kept in contact with all of his fellow Marines.
