They are trying to force her into signing a document attesting to a lie. In fact, Kelman did change his under oath testimony in another case. This is the sort of thing big tobacco pulled for years.

It is important to realize that there are so many conflicts of interest and these interests are being protected by the silencing of Mrs. Kramer's exposure of the marketing of false science to promote the idea that indoor mold does not cause illness; anyone with involvement or investments in real estate has a potential conflict of interest and many legal and medical professionals have real estate investments in their portfolios.
