| GySgt Will Reeves displays his "COEHORN MORTAR". The cannon is a 1/2 scale 1841 Coehorn Mortar Cannon. A full size mortar has a 4.5" dia. bore and weighs 84 lbs., sled mounted and requires two men to man. Safe firing rate is four rounds per minute. Will's cannon was recently refurbished by David Ross of "Cannon-Mania", Stratford, Connecticut. |
