HMM-164 1967 on a break from RVN

If this is in fact HMM-164, this is not the USS Okinawa. HMM-164 embarked onboard the USS Princeton (LPH 5) from MMAF then cross-decked (sic) to the USS Tripoli (LPH 10) in Subic Bay and off loaded to Phu Bai.
