Christmas Day -- 1967 -- at Khe Sanh

My tent/fighting hole position on the western end of the runway on 25Dec67. The midnight requisitionedcargo parachute did a great job keeping out the mist & the chill. Hill 861 looms in the background. The day after this picture was taken, my company -- Kilo 3/26 -- hiked up there and took over the defense of that hill.
