I took this photo of George the day he was leaving Vietnam. George had served as a Crew Chief on HML-367s UH-1E Huey Gunships at Phu Bai. He was a former UH-34D Crew Chief serving his first combat tour with HMM-363 so he got along great with the Vietnamese 219th Squadron, and had a brother in the Green Beret so he also got on well with MLT-2 on the SOG missions like Prarie Fire. He ended his 4 years in Vietnam with HML-367s Cobras and was an OUTSTANDING asset to the Squadron, George has shared so many great memories I thought I would send this "THANKS" along.
