    Can anyone recognize the Col. in the middle of this photo & was he the CO of MAG-16 Sept 1970?

    Not positive, but Col. Gray or Bray seems stick in my mind. Semper Fi!

      I don't know who is in the photo, but from my research I believe that MAG-16 commander, at that time, was Col H R Smith and his XO L/Col B H Mann became acting commander. Then around Nov 70, Col L C Street III became commander of MAG-16.
