not sure what you mean by "finding out a month late". As far as I know it's all in the planning stage- at least their website doesn't have a schedule and I haven't seen anything come out of the meetings I've attended
The Secretary of Defense shall determine the schedule of major events and priority of efforts for the commemorative program, in order to ensure achievement of the objectives specified in Law

Slick, I was going by the date on the download. It was 1/something/11. I looked for the date, but can't find it yet. Anyway thats why I said finding out about it late. Semper Fi, and READY-APP.
