Larry Downey

Larry was in VMO-6 ffrom 1964-1966. He was a great pilot to fly with, always had a smile on his face. He was flying 53's in 1974 as a Lt Col in the reserves. Last saw him at the reunion in Dallas.

Lima, Lima went West Jun 29 2010 after complications from coronary artery by-pass surgery. A "Good friend since RVN " we served in 769 for 15 yrs. A real gentleman and a great Marine. His Memorial with "Full MIL Honors" was in Coffeyville Kansas Sept 25 2010.
