Hi, my name is jeff and I am a 38 yr old Vietnam War historian. I am contacting
you in reguards of a UH-1E that now resides in NY. Her S/N is 154957. Doing a
internet search, let me know that she was one of the last ones in storage at DM. I
have mostly dealt with Army Helicopters and have a few contacts with the VHPA. So I am
trying here first as she is a Marine Corps helicopter. I was wondering if there is a
list of aircraft that served in country.
Thanks Again
Jeff

154957 doesn't appear on any of the Aircraft Loss/Accident lists on the Naval Aviation History Office site. It may have served stateside with VMO-1, VMO-5/HML-267, HML-268, or with the Reserves.
