Question -

What are the "Dohickees" mounted on the aft pylon just above the engine exhaust - some sort of IFF receiver???

Also - what about the contraptions mounted on the stub wings -

those two items are part of the ASE (aircraft survivability equipment) gear each deployed phrog gets. The ones on the stub wings are flare despensers, the ones by the exhaust deal with heat seeking missiles.
