On 17 September 1968 a UH-1E Huey Gunship from HML-367, MAG-36 , Phu Bai crashed with Brigadier General William C. Chip , USMC, on board.

Sept '69 crash
I know some of the details of this accident, if I'm remembering the right one. Believe the crew chief and the General were in really bad shape.
