Research has provided three additional KIAs from H/2/3 that occurred on 7 March 1969 aboard CH-46D from HMM-262 . These were ground casualties that were unloading a resupply helicopter in the LZ during a direct hit by a mortar at FSB CUNNINGHAM near the Laotian border.
