It is with great sadness for me to report that Henry "HANK" Amparan passed away February 15, 2012. Hank served as a 34 crew chief with HMM-363, The Lucky Red Lions in 67-68 and was one of the best. He served two tours in Vietnam. Hank was hospitalized from last July until his passing at the VA hospital in San Diego. He suffered from Leukemia (ALL). Hank was very involved in helping to achieve our successful last three Gatherings at Pensacola for The Lucky Red Lions.

Our hearts go out to his loving wife, Dovey, his 2 sons and four step children. I understand Hank will be buried at one of the National Cemeteries close to his home. Will let you know about all arrangements when we have the information. I am very proud to have been able to call Hank a true friend.

Condolences may be sent to:
Mrs. Dovey Amparan
29121 San Jacento Rd
Nuevo, CA 92567

With all respect,
Larry Powell
