It is my sad duty to announce the passing of LtCol John J. "Jack" Weber. Jack was a pilot with VMO-2 / HML-167 in Vietnam beginning in July 1968 until August 1969. Upon return to civilian life in Chicago in 1971, Jack continued his service in the USMC reserves at Glenview Naval Air Station. retiring as a LTCol. Jack leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Terry, three sons , three grandchilden (with two more on the way). Jack died within four 1/2 months of being diagnosied with a malignant brain tumor.

John "Jack" Weber, 61,was ordered to RTB and report to the Supreme Commandant on 20 March 2005 after battling cancer.
He served with VMO-2 (68-69) and HML167 (69). Those with memories to share email the family at
