Reunion dates: 12-15 July 2012. early check-in 11 July
Location: JW Marriot Grande Lakes, Orlando, FL.
Detailed reunion information will be included in the next newsletter (scheduled for publication Oct) as well as concurrently posted on the NOTAM Board.
Hotel will accept reservations at the reunion rate approx 1 November 2011

I just went to their website. They are a "smoke free" facility. I guess I'll find another hotel.

4. How will smokers be accommodated? Will they be able to smoke on the property?
Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.

I agree with you Charlie- don't want to get dressed in middle of nite to join smoking circle- or leave friends in room socializing while I have to prowl the grounds looking for smoking are. Will try else where or skip the reunion. If smokers can't be accommadated, guess they don't want us.

I am new here but plan on attending the reunion and meeting all these fine Marines of this association; being a smoker myself I will be sure to visit the smoking lamps and considering options - there are not many areas I can smoke where I please anymore outside my home. Last time I was in california I stayed in a neighborhood that I couldn't smoke for about 2 clicks.
Regardless I would rather walk a few feet amongst new friends to smoke than miss an opportunity such as this
